British artist extraordinaire Banksy is believed to be behind this graffiti showing the Queen with a crown and a red stripe on her face, reminiscent of David Bowie's famous image from the 1970s. Onlookers could see this image on Upper Maudlin Street in the artist's hometown of Bristol Psychiatric Hospital.
