Next, Pick up the separator by its handle. Holding over a bowl or cup, gently tip forward to watch the egg white "run" out of his reddened nose, leaving the yoke in the separator. Ewwwww!! You may have a revolting site to behold, however the upside is no messy hands and a perfectly separated egg.
