The chilli purees were prepared from fresh chillies, only vinegar was added for preservation. The flavours of the spicy fruits have been preserved as much as possible so that you can discover the true taste of chilli, because each fruit has a different flavour and intensity. Put a few drops in your salsa or soup, on an egg, cheese and even pizza!
The set also includes a wooden board on which you can serve the sauces!
