The fastest delivery at the best price!
Within Switzerland, you pay only 6.95 CHF per parcel up to 30 kg – flat rate, unlimited and weight-independent. Orders placed by 5:00 pm are usually shipped the same day via A-Post (Priority) and delivered on the next working day. Please note that minor delays may occur due to Swiss Post, beyond our control.
For comparison: a Swiss Post Priority parcel – depending on weight – costs well over 9.00 CHF and typically must be dropped off before 12:00 pm to arrive the next day. With us, you save both time and money.
Since most of our parcels arrive the next working day, the URGENT (Express) option is available only from Thursday 4:00 pm to Friday 4:00 pm. With this option, delivery also takes place on Saturday. The URGENT surcharge is 17 CHF.
Orders of 70 CHF or more ship free of charge within Switzerland. In this case, Express delivery (PostPac Urgent) is not available.
Costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details (undeliverable shipments) are borne by the customer (see Terms & Conditions).

Transit time: approx. 10 working days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which are beyond our control.
When importing into the EU, VAT, customs duties or other fees may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. It is the customer’s duty to check their country’s import and customs regulations.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers outside Switzerland.
Any costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be charged to the customer (see Terms & Conditions).

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are new and unopened.
Defective products within the warranty period should be returned together with a copy of the delivery note and the completed return form to the following address:
